I switched my shopping here for everyday stuff a few years ago now and haven't regretted it at all. Thier products are amazing. 3 reasons to switch - 1. Healthier - the products are all natural and no chemicals. 2. All made in the USA not China! 3. Economical. Better pricing than the big box stores across the 450 products! Try them today!
Sign up with a very convincing agent that told me I wouldn't need to pay any monthly fee, that I would ONLY pay $19.99 and pay to sample their products. Only to find out they are scammers. They go in your account and withdraw funds unauthorized fee for monthly payment. Contact them several times and all I got was them beating around the bush. Contact my bank so I would get back my money. Scammers! Stay away!

I've got no complaints of this company's product. However, I set up a back up order three times and, Lo and behold, I get a $70 box of products that I did not choose at my back door. I attempted to call the company via the phone number on the invoice-and it's a NON-working phone number. Super easy to sign up for a membership but very tricky to end membership. It was hard to find and then you have to get an email with the discontinue my membership form, print, sign, and return. I never received a product catalog which also made it difficult to actually decide on purchases.
Tip for consumers:
I’m disappointed that this company is more concerned with sales than the people they serve.

I joined Melaleuca in May 2023 for yearly membership and was not aware of that they will keep shipping me the product every month and keep charging me. I called twice and they are asking for $10 for return label and still not cancelling my service and got charged for 2 months even when I did not pick or order any supplies. They just pick the random products and ship to your door. Big scam. No one cares at the company..

My dad has been buying from this company for years ever since I was a baby. I'm 21 now, so it's been a long time. I grew up with it and I can say that this stuff is the worst cleaner ever. It cleans only surface level, but doesn't do the deep cleaning you'll actually need. And it doesn't block or mask smells. I live with a big dog and a cat, so imagine the messes I have to clean. There are better products on the market that actually do the job than this scam company. Do better, clean better.

If you don't want any products they automatically charge you for a back-up order that doesn't get sent out until the middle of the month because you're not important. If you cancel membership, all the "points" you accrue are theirs. Personally lost $74.

Be aware if you have skin allergies of their products. I used one of their hand soaps just yesterday and broke out into massive hives.
Even my hands broke out into hives…itching and burning bad!
Didn't think much of using it since its plant based and says, "Gentle cleanser"….
Will not be using any of their skin products.

I have been shopping with Melaleuca since February of 2023. I love all of the products that I am using. The detergent and cleaning products are non-toxic and economical. Their supplement line is unmatched to anything that you will find on any store shelves. They have the best popcorn and nutclusters too! Whenever I have called customer service, they are pleasant and usually answer on the first couple of rings. They have settled every concern when I have had one, and they didn't make me return any products. I recommend them to anyone who is concerned about getting non-toxic ingredients and improving their health.
Tip for consumers:
I love the convenience of shopping online.

I recently ordered over $100 worth of products from melaluca on line. I had 59 pts. The site will not give me loyalty points to compensate for expensive shipping costs. I tried calling but office was closed due to company meeting. I may have to drop my membership. Several other friends have the same problem. We watched videos also to no avail. My six friends said they will cancel their memberships. What exactly is up with Melaluca, the membership costs are
way too expensive. This review will also be globally on Facebook. Kimberly Meink
Tip for consumers:
Melaluca membership is too costly, there prices are very expensive. Loyalty points are not given. Shipping is expensive and slow

1-It's easy to sign up online but they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. There is no way to do it online
2-The products, at least the ones I tried were ok but as in every multi level marketing scheme, they are way overpriced to pay for the different levels of commission.
3-The free shipping is BS, they treat it as a credit on a future order but there is a catch (see 4)
4-When you use your free shipping credit on your next order it does not come out as free shipping but as a credit on the order, which means you have to buy even more products to keep getting "free shipping", talk about s scam. I ended up giving up on free shipping
Tip for consumers:
The way they make you jump through hoops to cancel your membership is more than annoying

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this company has so many handcuffs and smoke and mirrors about not being an MLM it's insanse. If this review is taken down it will be another factor to support my experience. I canceled my membership after countless bad experiences (my sister too) and just tried to unsubscribe but the system is so fast to get me back into ordering that I cannot unsubscribe from the email blasts. Just one more thing with this company. I feel like I am in a Yellowstone episode. I am documenting this review to see if it gets taken down...it's suspicious that there are so many good reviews.
Tip for consumers:
It's the company, customer service, how I was "sold" and the policies that are the issue. Overall the products are good- not all, but most. Again- smoke and mirrors to get you and to get you to stay. Another example is I was sold that I could easily move out my order if I did not need it every month. That is 100% false. You are handcuffed to a min. order every month and then not able to skip a month. So then to cancel your membership they make you go through a form process vs cancel online.
Products used:
Dish soap, detergent, mascara, face soap, lip balm, mosquito, food items.
As far as the refund policy- I was told it was easy and it was not- hence my not sure response. My sister had a bad experience with refund too.

I have seen promotions for Patriot Switch, an alternative to woke corps. So, I checked it out. Well, it is really Melaleuca. And to sign up, you are forced to have a monthly autoship order of almost $70. We do not do that in our family. Nope! Why can't they just let me order what I need when I need it? Shady stuff!
Tip for consumers:
Tok complicated to sign up and then forced to commit to $70 autoship each month. No doing it.

Every subsequent order from Melaleuca brings me joy and flawless appearance, both in terms of skin, body and hair care. The latest purchase from the Advanced Microbiome Support brand lives up to its high standards for an extremely high-quality cream, peel, oil and eye cream. Thank you for the pleasant surprises and the feeling of satisfaction.

To anyone considering ordering products from Melaleuca.com
I HIGHLY recommend that you do NOT do business with these crooks! If you fail to place an order every 30 days, they feel entitled to shop, place an order, and CHARGE your card for you! ( In this case $85.84)
When I became aware of this practice of theirs, I immediately went online and attempted to cancel the account in the same manner that I initially signed up for it. They ignored that request and charged my account anyway! I called and verbally spoke with Charles who informed me that he HAD to have my physical signature in order to cancel the account! He sure didn't feel the need to get a physical signature before charging my account for product that I did NOT even want! At this point, it doesn't matter if they offer a decent product or not, their customer service deserves a grade below F...my opinion, and warning!

This company keep sending the same products over an over and when you try to cancel a subscription the make it a whole process like you buying a house. Soooo ridiculous! Their link doesn't work so the make me to take a photo of my computer and print it and signed it and scanned and send them an email with that proof that I want to cancel.
Really!

Hey make it so you Can't cancel with them 4 easy steps worst than divorce dog $#*!. Customer care is dog $#*! products are dog $#*! service over all worse than dog $#*! this company is a scam and are stealing people's money hand over fist $#*! this company if I verbally say I don't want you service then you should cancel I should have to send smoke signals telepathy and a notorized letter waste man

I've been shopping with Melaleuca for three years. I love the products. I found it by mistake during the pandemic and I am so happy to be shopping here. I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in my products. No safety caps for my granddaughter, so I don't have to worry about poison control. My son cleared up his chronic gastritis with the gut health bundle and his eczema and I am no longer on a beta blocker for sinus tachycardia and PVCs. My cardiologist approved the vitamins. Those peak performance vitamins are life I highly recommend shopping from the store and now they have black Angus premium beef. I just put in an order for that and I don't have to worry about hormones or anabiotic's, or anything being put in my meat. It's really nice to know I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals or ingredients that are going to hurt me and my family shopping from the store.

I'm amazed at how fast they respond and correct a need. Their products are really well made. The price point is why I will continue to shop there for everyday household essentials And our supplements. Superb quality.
Tip for consumers:
Take a minute to understand which membership works for your family. Learn about the Perks and how to save money. Best decision we have ever made regarding shopping choices.

I first opened my shopping account with Melaleuca in 2002 when we were looking for a way to get the toxins out of our house to support my sons health condition. The changes that came from that shopping decision were immeasurable. My son showed amazing improvement in his health in no time and we noticed additional changes for the rest of the family as well. Everything from reduced headaches, panic attacks that stopped completely to better energy, breathing and general health. Not to mention that the household products work like a dream and don't break the bank. I am so grateful that this company is thoughtful and ethical about what ingredients they use in their products. I can't imagine ever going back to store brand products that are nearly all controlled by the big 10 and put profits before people.
Tip for consumers:
Melaleuca is just a store. Anyone can be a customer, if you want to you can refer others (not required). Get all the info before become a customer and then decide if it is right for you.
Products used:
I use just about everything. Supplements, cleaning products, laundry, hair care, body wash, lotions, make-up, snack bars, drinks, the list goes on.

We have shopped with melaleuca since 2010... I was skeptical when I set up my account after having challenges in another online company... but melaleuca is different. Their products are great, backed by research and science and better for you. They work hard to provide what people want being as natural as possible. I love that I can trust their products. My kids were young when we started and I am thankful we were introduced to the company and used products that were not toxic for cleaning and in our home. It really makes a difference. There are so many products (bath and body, vitamins, fitness, etc) We order several times a month and our house is completely converted... the only challenge is when you travel making sure you take what you need! If someone has a bad experience with customer care, have the person who helped you set up your account help you. We have been really happy shoppers with the products, customer care and company. High recommend.
Tip for consumers:
Order top of the month, have your back up order customized to what you want but order at the top of the month for the best routine, check the extra savings link and the check out specials are the best deal usually (true sale), if something doesn’t work call melaleuca right away ... they will help. Try products ... there are things we love we didn’t even realize we needed .... like fiberwise!!! (It’s not just for older ppl) lol

I am currently still a shopper of melaleuca and to be honesty with you, the products are legit. My favourite product is there coffee and toothpaste, my wife enjoys there make-up (all she talks about) oh and there shampoo and conditioner. I mean here it from these people for yourself.

All I can say that my mother has been selling Melaleuca products for over 15 years, so I have been using them since then. I love the scent of the Alloy shaving gel and the way it leaves my face feeling nice and smooth. The tea tree oil has a wonderful affect on my skin.
Date of experience: October 28, 2014
Be sure of what you might use before you get sucked into the monthly shipment. I had boxes for months because I would try to switch what was supposed to come each month. No dice. I got the same crap 3 months in a row. For green cleaning, go with a better brand. This is truly a pyramid scheme for people who sign others up. Their 100% guarantee is only within 90 days so that's not really 100% in my opinion. I simply couldn't use a months worth of product within the month and the variety wasn't that great.
Date of experience: March 5, 2018
I have been a consumer of Maleleuca products on and off for about 4 years. In the past when I needed to cancel service there wasn't a headache. You just had to scan your form in via email (DO NOT FAX. IT WILL NOT WORK), and then your services will be canceled.
This last time I received a box I didn't need. I paid 10 for return shipping label and returned. I was told I would get my money back.
A week later I call and ask where is my money. They tell me it's a credit.
WHY WOULD YOU CREDIT A CANCELLED ACCOUNT?
I ask, they tell me it's policy. I tell them I wasn't made aware. They apologize and say it will take up to 7-10 days for my credit back to my debit card.
2 weeks later I call back. I still haven't received my money.
They apologize and tell me it's still a credit. I'm in tears at this point. Too tired to be angry. I am disappointed however. I tell the young man. He tells me I will get my credit on my card it will take 5 days.
No offer of retribution.
No offer of free products.
Just an I'm sorry you have no money, no gas and are running out of food.
I told them i must wait until my next paycheck. This hurts because I'm single mom of 3.
They tell me they understand...
NO OFFER TO RECTIFY.
Tip for consumers:
That it's so difficult to cancel services and get a refund vs a credit.

It’s often said that Melaleuca is a different kind of company. But what makes it different? What is it that sets Melaleuca apart from—and above—the rest?
Well, it all starts with Melaleuca’s mission statement: “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals℠.” That’s not just some fancy yet hollow phrase a copywriter came up with on a whim. It’s a deliberate and thoughtful statement, and the guiding principle behind everything Melaleuca does, down to the smallest act by the last employee.
Melaleuca’s goal is to help people achieve total wellness. To do that, it has created over 350 exceptional products that people use and rely on every day. The company with the best product wins, and Melaleuca has worked with some of the world’s top researchers to create better, safer products using a balance of science and nature.
These products are not only better for your body and the environment, they’re also a better value. Since it opened it 1985, Melaleuca’s founding axiom has been “Exceptional products at reasonable prices.”
Melaleuca’s products are affordable thanks to its unique business model called Consumer Direct Marketing®. Melaleuca manufactures its own products and ships them directly to its customers; those customers then earn commissions through word-of-mouth referrals. There are no middlemen or advertisers taking a portion of the revenues. The result? Millions of satisfied customers who enjoy higher-quality products at a better value—and over $3.6 billion in paid commissions to date.
Helping other people. Enhancing their lives. To so many companies, where it’s every man for himself, those ideals are an afterthought at best. But to Melaleuca, it’s a mission. Learn more about The Wellness Company at Melaleuca.com.
