I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it's so deceiving. It's not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt's Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted.(ZOOM IN to see the chapstick). My dog had a hole in one of the supposed "quality" beds and the cotton that it's stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I've bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

The bed quality is substandard and the size of the bed is inadequate and we purchased the XXL.
My dogs head lies over the side and he cannot stretch out fully. ( Golden Retriever)
With a name like Mr FluffyFriend you think ( wrongly) they are UK based but they are located in CHINA
To return the bed to CHINA FROM THE UK would cost the same price as the actual bed £70.
I blame myself for not reading these reviews and hope to help other people from making a MISTAKE!

These beds are smaller than they are shown. However that is the tip of the iceberg. After just six weeks the bed is completely broken down. They are stuffed with the cheapest fill and appear in the photos as being very supportive. I bought two XXL for my daughter and paid over 130.00 and both beds look ready for the trash. I should have went with Furryfuzzy. They cost more but are a much higher quality.
Save your money, don't buy this poor quality product!

They create fake usps tracking info and never deliver. Credit Card company saw right through it and gave me my funds back. And to top it off, fluffy tried to convince to ask credit card company to reverse charge back so they could issue a refund. I'm not that stupid to fall for that. The bed did not have a proper amount of stuffing. It was not a XX large bed. Maybe a medium size bed. There is no way to return it because you'll have to pay an additional $85 to have it shipped back so it would be pointless.

My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.

When they say something is too good to be true...it is. It's taken 9 business days to fulfill my order. It's been stuck at a consolidator for 2 days. USPS status says still awaiting the item. Customer service is clearly offshore using generic macros. At this point, I'm hoping this thing is next to Jesus and sliced bread when it shows up, but based on these reviews, I don't have much hope.

I bought a dog bed on the myfluffyfriend.com website.
The website stated that "if you or your pet decided it's not a perfect fit, 100% refund is assured" - THIS IS NOT TRUE.
The bed I bought got broken after the first laundry, and I wash everything on a delicate regime only.
The customer representative "*" first said they don't refund because I washed it on high temperature (this is not true), and after several emails offered 15% discount.
After my first review they reach out again and offered 30% discount.
All attempts to talk to a manager are useless.
This is not an American business.
They are scammers.
Do not buy anything from them unless you want a headache and nothing else. You will waist your money and time.

I ordered two blankets, a small and medium. It looked like a fuzzy pillowcase sewn together. The blankets were rather small and I paid $63 for both of them. Came from China and on my credit card was listed as a different company. I wanted to return them, but with their 30 day policy, they would not get to China in regular mail. I would steer clear from this company.

Was sent a defective bed. It is missing part of the padding on the bottom. My dog is literally laying on the hard ground. They claim a "100% money back guarantee". They said I would have to pay to ship it back to China or they would give me a 15% refund. None of this was in their return policy online at the time of purchase or when I reached out to customer service. I have gone back and forth with them so many times. They have since updated their return policy on their website, which proves they know they were in the wrong. And they are still unwilling to cover the return shipping or refund me for the defective product that can't even be used. They are also deleting negative comments on social media and blocking dissatisfied customers.

I ordered an XXL size bed as per picture advertised with 2 dogs laying on it. I have.same breed and only one dog fits on it curled up. I reached out to Company and sent pics with measurements. Their response "size sent is correct " and I could get a refund if i paid shipping and restocking fee. There are other brands I would buy from someone else who is honest.

I wish I had found this site before buying a Mr. Fluffy Friend dog bed. All of the comments about the poor quality of the product and a bad return policy match my experience unfortunately. My dog didn't like the bed and wouldn't use it. And it was smaller than expected as many reviews noted. Considering it was about $50 I tried to get a refund and when I contacted the company I was offered a 15% refund or to return it to an address in China. The policy made clear they'd inspect the bed once it was received and determine if the refund would be issued. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning to be told there was a defect and then receive nothing. It definitely wasn't an easy return process so I took the paltry refund, but would never buy anything from them again. As others noted all of the reviews on their site are positive and you can't leave a negative review. Lesson learned. And I see that a Mr. Fluffy Friend keeps responding to these negative reviews that an order number isn't provided so they can't help. Well my order number is *******, so let's see if their bot just replies with its usual canned response.

My XL beds arrived and they are tiny and NOT fluffy. The company will not issue a refund unless you pay for shipping to China. This company is awful and the better business bureau will be contacted. The quality isn't worth it. Buy from somewhere you can return the product if you're not satisfied.

I purchased the largest bed they sell for my Anatolian Shepherd. I purchased a XXL. What I recieved was a medium bed that would fit a small pit bull. I wrote to the company, and they would not help me. I've now lost $$ I could not afford. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I explained that they sent me the wrong size, and they responded that I would have to pay to ship the bed back to China. MY EXPENSE. Haven't I spent enough for an error in thier end? Do NOT buy from this company! They claim returns are easy, but don't tell you up front that YOU would have to pay to ship the product to China!

I received my order last week and the same day emailed them to return. This is a thin piece of fringe fabric. Not soft and plush. I ordered the XL and there is hardly any padding for my 80 lb dog. When I asked to return they said I can send back to China. They then offered to refund me 15% of my order and to keep this piece of junk. I paid $83. And they were offering $12.45 Shipping back to China is ridiculous considering the return address on the shipping label was from New Jersey ( I live in New York)

Don't buy from them. They won't exchange anything if it's the wrong size and they won't give you a refund. They tell you they will if you mail it back to them maybe. But you have to pay to have it mailed to China which will cost more than 100. They suck. I let them know this and they offered me $7 back from my $30 purchase. Again they suck. It also took almost 2 months to arrive after I purchased

False advertising. Beds are much smaller than the site makes them appear. That mastiff in that picture must be a puppy to make their largest bed look that big. My 35lb dog falls out of the large size bed. Just another cheap Chinese ripoff with an unreasonable return policy. They "have warehouses in USA" but won't let you ship to them.

These beds are not delivered as pictured. Be careful. They are not nearly as "fluffy" as depicted on their website. Rather pitiful really. Don't waste your money. Buy one on Amazon so you can return it if you want. Here you will have to pay for a return to CHINA!

When we bought an anxiety relieving dog bed, I was very sceptical, but within 24 hours of receiving it, our 8 year old pooch had stopped pacing. This started 2 years ago on bonfire night, and has continued ever since. He would pace around continuously carrying his favourite toy, but since getting this anxiety bed it has completely stopped.

Both dog and cat readily enjoyed snuggling in their new beds. They looked so comfortable. Of course, being animals, they now both have shunned them, only occasionally using one. We have a 12 year old mix bulldog who has always reacted poorly to inclement weather by excessive drooling, shaking, and panic. We tried every "natural" remedy, calming vest, and kept a bed in our closet for her to escape to. Bought her your bed and she hasn't shook since. Not only that but our 12 year old min-pin loves hers so much, even though she isn't anxiety prone, that we literally have wake her and shoo her outside for her final potty trip at the end of the evening.
