Never got this brand from my habbit, so can't give a comment, but Valentino sunglasses and BCBG Coat were knock off

It didn't fit him. When I attempted to return it, I couldn't get into it under orders and then it said I can't return it. I am a very good customer (check my account "Andrea Trachtenberg" and I believe I should at least get a credit, if not have my money refunded.
