on 10/8/15Hi Patty. I got someone on the line but I just want to put it out there the facts regarding return policy. Make sure you have the right phone number and order number with you when you call.
I just don't think it's fair not be able to return the item when it still has a tag on and never worn. 14 day window to return the item is really short.
I do like the thins I can buy through them, brand things with discount prices.

I decided not to use My habit any more
Though it is a very good sight
There are few reasons and one of the reasons

Click on contact us button, choose my issue is not listed, and you will find options for phone rep with a little button asking for when you want the call. Put your phone number and ask to called in 5 minutes. Their computer will call you and will ask that you hold on for a while. Live customer service person takes over. Best of luck!
