Hi Patty. I got someone on the line but I just want to put it out there the facts regarding return policy. Make sure you have the right phone number and order number with you when you call. I just don't think it's fair not be able to return the item when it still has a tag on and never worn. 14 day window to return the item is really short. I do like the thins I can buy through them, brand things with discount prices.

Just be careful. When they say no returns, they mean no returns even if the product was not what it was supposed to be. A Small labelled as Large is NOT returnable.
I ordered handbags from them before, and they came fully packaged with dust bags and documentation. Is there a specific brand you are asking about?
Just go to your account and click orders and click on the item and return and they will give you a return label.
I have read several responses from folks who purchased "name brand" items and were disappointed to learn that they were copies.
Whatever you purchase from that site, compare prices at other sites and be vigilant about the quality.
