I searched for resume templates and this site advertised as free. Once information is entered, it requires a credit card for a $2.25 charge. What wasn't obvious (later found on the proof of purchase email in the small print) was the "automatic" $23.95 per month charge that comes from the previously entered card. The subsciption is advertised as a $2.95 for a 14 days period. It is not written anywhere at the time of purchasing that it will be renew autamatically to a $34.95 every month. They have taken 175$ out of my account now that I have just realised that going through my bank statement. I didn't get any e-mail with invoices for that amount or any email stating the renewal of my subscription. I cancel the subscription just now. Hope they won't take anymore of my money.

They have cheated me of $270 for 6 months, they have not send any invoices emails at all with the fees that they charges, I am totally unaware till I see it on my bank statements. I am lodging a police report on this company. I did not sign up for their services and have not once log in to their system after the initial one which I have cancelled, they retain your card details and continue charging you, so if you are not scrutinising your statements, you wont see the charges at all. Please do not be like me, do better.

I have renews when needed. Prefer not to pay membership of something not being use. Had to make many phone calls. They pretended that they could not hear me, very rude and insulting.
Then they want to go into the reason for cancellation and why they are improving. They just go on and on and on. Please show respect and just cancel to request. Cancellation should be as simple as nt up for membership.

I called to concal my account but when I talked to the customer care service provider, he helped me get another solution which was to scribe for a cheaper package from 34$ to 4$ per month. Which was a better option.

Zero stars. It is a scam and they will try to make unauthorized charges to your card. It asked for $2.95 for 14 day access to the resume templates then even offered to take a dollar off. NO mention of any further charges. Out of nowhere the other day they attempted 3 times to charge $23.95 or some amount like that. Thank goodness I have a card with a credit union and they blocked those charges. But now I have to wait for a new debit card thanks to this stupid site. Don't use it!

Seeing legitimate reviews!! I looked up the site before purchase and it's been rated 4.6 stars for God knows what reason. Probably people leaving reviews BEFORE they get scammed because it was a very easy way to create a resume template. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I signed up for the free trial to maximize my resume in late October 2023. It worked great! However after I believed to have unsubscribed from the membership, I was unknowingly charged $34.95 CAD for 3 months afterwards! I realized 3 days after the most recent payment was taken out of my bank account and contacted support. They were only able to refund me about $17 as that was equal to how much time was left on my billing period (?) and I am not unfortunately out nearly $80 that could have gone towards something more necessary.

I found this site to be actually quite a great tool when you want to build your resume and make your experience standout for potential employers; the suggestions are a great tool to use and give you that professional edge in competitive labour markets. The reason for me to give 3 stars and not more is because of the automatic payment taken without any notification or notice of such when in limited services acquired. Transparency goes a long way and using abusive money grabbing tactics drives customers away. Not impressed.
The customer representative Joshua was helpful, polite and friendly although I still had to pay for an unwanted service to get some of my money back
