I have applied for a refund as this is a ripoff, no update on the shipment on OrderID:32213482

Below are some suggestions on how to find all the details related to your refund request:
- You logged in to your PayPal account when placing this order.
1. Log in to your PayPal account;
2. Click Activity";
3. Perform an advanced search, select refundas a filter;
4. You should be able to view the amount and the date of the refund. We can confirm that we issued the refund of your order 32213482 on August 2nd.

- You did not log in to your PayPal account for purchasing these items.
1. The accreditation process of your refund may require 1 month and it is managed by your card issuing bank
2. Open your e-mail inbox and search for an e-mail whose sender is service@intl.paypal.com
3. If you can not find any further information, please contact your card issuing bank to request more updates on this refund.
