Regarding to your order, you can log in Newchic account and check order status: My Account -- View Orders--My Orders. Here is the link. https://www.newchic.com/account/orderlist.html There you can find the tracking number if you have chosen a traceable shipping method. (If the shipping method is the Flat Shipping, there is no tracking number)
