placed a order on 8-1-17 for shoes have not arrived yet any idea why.

You can track your order in different parts of our website according to its current status.

1. Processing: You can check its status in My Orders in your Newchic account.

2. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, and you will receive an email from us with the tracking code and where to track it (www.17track.net). You can also find the tracking details of your order in My Orders.

3. If your order does not contain the tracking number, you can purchase a Tracking Number from checkout page.
