Deliveries are speedy and accurate. A great variety of items for selection and competitive prices. With the exception of a few tough steaks, I have enjoyed all purchase. Exceptional delivery by UPS this time.They put the box in my outside chair away from view. I would appreciate smaller Styrofoam boxes.
Unfortunately it has taken several days and representatives to place my order. Was supposed to be 2 orders. Each staff claimed different policies. Today I'm ending up with one small order. And I'm done. This will be my last order. To frustrating.

Great variety of quality proteins at a very competitive price. The website is easy to navigate, and on-line shopping here is super easy. Sides and desserts are also available.
I love the boxed packaging, which makes storage very easy in my freezer.
Lastly, Omaha Steaks gifting options are great —- always delivered on time and appreciated by everyone.

Overall i have been very happy with all my orders and your customer service people are top notch! My only advice would be the specials you run 19.99 and 29.99 are always the same thing again and again so once you place an order there is nothing new to purchase until you run out - i like to stock up and its nice to have options :)

We often purchased Omaha steaks and burgers for others for various holidays, but this time we purchased burgers for ourselves. They are so good, and just the right size too. Pub burgers at nearby grocers are $3 each, making these a good deal, delivered. As a subscriber, we look forward to receiving our "gift" now too.

Due to an error on the address of my Omaha Steaks order, the shipment was late arriving at my niece's home. She did not feel comfortable receiving it since it had been on an unrefrigerated USPS truck for two days in a hot southern state. Omaha Steaks allowed a one-time free replacement shipment to be sent to my gift recipients. They worked with me to correct the error (which was made by me) and replace my order. Thank you, Omaha Steaks! I am grateful for a reputable company whose product and integrity has maintained excellence through decades of service. Their customer care is both generous and fair, which is why I am a repeat customer as was my father before me!

I enjoy having high-quality, delicious products available daily. The selections are vast, and serving sizes are just right. The only downside I would offer is that I am bombarded with promotions multiple times daily/week. It makes it more confusing to know what is available and what is an actual promotion. I prefer monthly promotions that are available for the month and clearly list what the promotion is. Also, we should never lose points that are earned and have a clear statement on how the points can be utilized.

The shipment y was to be delivered on a Thursday or Friday. When it didn't arrive, I called and was told recipients weren't home. They WERE and were waiting for the delivery. While understood, since it was bad weather, the recipients should not have been blamed. It wasn't until I asked about if meat was going to be kept frozen that I was told they would resend. Everything ended okay but I think it should have been communicated better.

There was not enough detail given about the Argentinian shrimp. The taste of the shrimp was definitely not what I was expecting. And there should have been some indication that they were much different from Gulf shrimp. Let me be clear: We love Omaha Steaks products. So we ordered the shrimp a second time, hoping that the first order was just a fluke. Many thanks for asking.

I ordered our main course and desserts from Omaha to be delivered on 11/27/2024 the day prior to holiday. I paid extra for expedited delivery but I felt I should confirm the delivery, when I called I was told no delivery on the 27th but it would be delivered on Dec. 3rd a week after Thanksgiving. I heard nothing from Omaha about the change in dates and if I had not called I would have been expecting my order the day before Thanksgiving and I would have received nothing. I was livid that a company of this size did not email or call or make any attempt to fix their mistake and let us know we would not be receiving our order. I will not trust them again and will give future orders to Kansas City Steaks or Chicago Steaks.

I found the shopping to be quite easy online, and there were many very good deals offered. As for the food, what I purchased turned out to be a mixed bag of great hits and disappointing misses. The jumbo hot dogs are my favorite purchases. The Creme Brulee was excellent. We ordered 3 dinner entrees and have tried 2 of them so far. The Shepherd's Pie was a big disappointment. The meat was so chopped up it was hard to tell it was in there and along with the potatoes and sauce, the whole meal looked almost like baby food. The taste wasn't really bad, but not what expected. The Short Rib Stroganoff had a good amount of tender and flavorful meat, however, the stroganoff sauce was not what we expected either. We think of a creamy sauce when thinking of stroganoff and this was a dark sauce which we did not find that enjoyable. We haven't tried the third meal yet so no comment can be made on that one. Overall, we will continue to shop here whenever possible and try more new things. Thank you.

Overall Omaha Steaks has an excellent product and we have ordered from them many times in the last 2 years. The only issue that we've had is with the delivery of the order. The last order came in two separate containers and one arrived on Saturday and the other didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. All of the items had thawed out and could not be used, but a refund was issued for that 2nd container.
