Is it safe to purchase vintage jewelry from okl? how do i know i will actually receive the item? i see people discussing how they ordered things that did not exist? if that happens, if i order and the item is no longer available, will i get the credit for the purchase price back?

Answer:

No, no, no! Save your money and buy directly from the vendor. You might want to check out Gilt. They are transparent and good pricing too.

Question:

I returned an item in late october (fedex'ed on oct. 26,2015) and followed all stated procedures. i just checked my credit card statements (january 11,2016) and found that the return was never credited. is this common practice for one kings lane? i called customer service and they said that they did receive it and will credit it (like it was an oversight), but it's been more than two months! i'm pretty sure that if i hadn't called, i would never have gotten the refund. is this a common practice?
