Sorry to be late answering, I was out of town. I believe what the OKL rep has said. When an item was out of stock, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews.

I haven't purchased jewelry. I did get a refund on my item after I posted a complaint on this website. I would look carefully at the description and photo of the item. My artwork said 'archival', but it turned out to be a photocopy of an original!
