I returned an item in late October (FedEx'ed on Oct. 26,2015) and followed all stated procedures. I just checked my credit card statements (January 11,2016) and found that the return was never credited. Is this common practice for One Kings Lane? I called customer service and they said that they did receive it and will credit it (like it was an oversight), but it's been more than two months! I'm pretty sure that if I hadn't called, I would never have gotten the refund. Is this a common practice?
