My journey with Payoneer has been one of persistence and determination. While there were initial challenges, particularly with the verification of my bank statement, I worked diligently to resolve the issue. With the assistance of a supportive customer service representative named Kate, my account is now approved, marking a significant step toward achieving my financial and business goals.
Had my worst experience, I spent months! I lost hours and money trying to make this account work, trying to verify my address and identity so I was able to withdraw. They made me leave home several times to gather documents they would never approve anyway, print them, scan them, they even received my rental agreement with all my personal information, off course with no resolution. This company should definitely be audited. Use PayPal instead, it's fast, reliable, easy, transparent.
Payoneer has been a dream to utilize as my platform for receiving and making transactions in USD. They are transparent in their rates and efficient in carrying out transactions. The customer service via phone is very good as they always have a knowledgeable and polite agent on standby ready to give useful information and offer solutions to whatever challenges you may have.

To gain access, you must take a number of steps to verify your identity, and that's fine, of course. You have to upload all kinds of info, but already during the upload I get an email that the verification is not sufficient without specification, very strange because I am still uploading. Then asked several times what is wrong and how it can be solved, but I am always told that they are working on it. When I finally file a complaint, I get a message the day later that my account has been closed and I can no longer use their services without any motivation for this. Very bizarre, totally illogical and very poor service. Fortunately, there are plenty of better alternatives

When I finally got past the shyt chat bot my experience with customer care was absolutely exceptional. The lady that I spoke to took care of my every need went out of her way to give me a call back several times after being disconnected and stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire process and ended up handling my every need. I appreciate her and I will continue to use this number if ever I need service.

Team, please check my concern, It is very frustrating that first my payment was pending which I understand that I should not send via my personal Wise account, now someone disabled my USD Balance account seems like a discrimination. You can locate my account via email.

Yeah, your process is not transparent and without any notification and proper reasons you are disabling people's Business USD balance is bad because we are going to use that bank account against our services and will use in our invoices, how can we trust on you guys if you are being that pathetic and poor service provider.

If you rely on emails, change it to calling them because your emails are worthless (take it from someone who has seen it all). A real-time call is how your issues would be fixed, anything else is worthless and you wont get anything but anger.

In my first attempt to receive a payment through Payoneer, I was asked to submit a large number of documents, which I promptly provided. It took them an unusually long time to approve, but eventually, it was completed, and I was able to receive my first payment.
However, the following month, they blocked my second payment, requesting a copy of my contract with the sender of the funds. My frustration lies in the fact that this requirement wasn't mentioned during the initial verification process. Why wasn't all the necessary documentation requested at once?
It feels like every month brings a new request for additional documents, creating unnecessary delays and complications in accessing my funds. While I fully understand and support the need for verification, the piecemeal approach to requesting documents is extremely frustrating and inefficient. I'm genuinely baffled by this lack of foresight.

I lost my card and was vey upset, apparently it had not been stolen since there were no purchases nor any attemps to use it, but as a security measure it was blocked. Had I found it within a week it would have been unblocked, but unfortunately, I did not find it. Customer Care also helped me order a new card. I hope the is goes to trust pilot. My little beginning with payoneer was very rough and stressful. I was super stressed by them due to the inability to receive my money after weeks of being paid. Everything leveled as soon as my money got deposited into the the second receiving account that I was given and the other processes were quite simple, easy and quick. I also was able to withdraw my money and got credited in less than 10minutes. The last associate that spoke to me is a life safer. If all my future experiences with Payoneer can be as seamless as this past few days have been, then I'm definitely recommending Payoneer to my friends and colleagues.
