Couldnt trust paytm for quality products. the sellers are really worse. i purchased 3 products and 2 were returned back. and now the money in wallet of paytm. whats the use? to buy some other product there is no belief whether we get a branded one.

Yes, its true, worst service provided by them, i faced problem thrice, i am planning to move to consumer court for the same.

Paytm Miss-use BIG BRAND NAME like VOLVO SAFAR, VOLVO INDIA, VOLVO AC etc PAYTM take extra monet money on behalf of these type of name and giving poor quality or ordinary quality Paytm is good for only recharge nothing else... SHAME ON YOU. Its Better you beg

What a frustrating service by Paytm, these careless ppl can't survive any longer in the market by disobeying to the delivery deadlines. I have called paytm almost 10+time to get the delivery today anyhow but your customer executive including their floor manager (Ankur) can not even assure customer of getting the delivery on time. I have wasted.

I have bought a tv lg40lf6300@43098. they have mentioned 12% cashback on the site but have not provided the promocode. so i have tried applying other codes but in vain. i have moved forward and purchased the product and asked the customer care about the cash back. they said it will be updated in 7 days as i bought on emi mode. now after 7 days they came back and are telling me that i wont get the cash back as i have not applied the promo code. i have sent them the screen shots of the offer and screen shot where i could not apply the promo code but of no use. there is no response. really frustating and awful! Answer:

Don't go with Paytm products, they aren't genuine, I have encountered the same problems couple of times. They are just giving cash back and that would make difference of around Rs 50-100 on the final product price than any other e-commerce site. And on delivery part, they wont handle the delivery deadlines as they comment while placing the order and its you who will have to follow up with Paytm, with their shipping partners - GATI-KWE and even with local delivery channels. So better not to choose it just for cash back offers.
