What a frustrating service by Paytm, these careless ppl can't survive any longer in the market by disobeying to the delivery deadlines. I have called paytm almost 10+time to get the delivery today anyhow but your customer executive including their floor manager (Ankur) can not even assure customer of getting the delivery on time. I have wasted.
Don't go with Paytm products, they aren't genuine, I have encountered the same problems couple of times. They are just giving cash back and that would make difference of around Rs 50-100 on the final product price than any other e-commerce site. And on delivery part, they wont handle the delivery deadlines as they comment while placing the order and its you who will have to follow up with Paytm, with their shipping partners - GATI-KWE and even with local delivery channels. So better not to choose it just for cash back offers.
