Hello Melissa,

We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience. However, our verification process determined that the account owner is not of legal age — due to our processing requiring valid government IDs, we need the user to be aged 18 or above. This is explained under item 1.4 here: https://www.playerauctions.com/about/agreement/

Further, your parent's payment account was used; we may not accept payments if they are in another person's name. We need the PlayerAuctions user info to match the payment account.

We're truly sorry about this; we have to close your account as per our user agreement and, rest assured, you will be fully refunded on this transaction.
