How do i get in touch with the corporate office i can not get them to send me my screen protector

Answer:

SCREEN PROTECTOR CRACKED. THEY IGNORE ME, I CANNOT GET REPLACED. TRYING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. WARRANTY EXPIRES FEB. 2020. I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM PUREGEAR.

Why does your company not honor its warranty properly

Answer:

I can attest to all of your comments and the product last less than 24 hours and my phone was never dropped, banged or mishandled but found chipped and cracked the morning after install

Once a warranty clam for a screen protector has been approved how long till it's sent out?

Answer:

It won't be. I hope you didn't pay the shipping fee because you won't see that either. Consider forgetting about it or possibly editing your review to reflect your current situation with their customer service. Consider also putting pressure on the place where you bought it to stop supporting an expensive product that doesn't do what it's being used for.

Because they will not honor their warrenty they should be reported to the better business bureau . i am so surprised that no one had reported them yet

PureGear does not honor defect products and ignores submitted warranties. NO REPLACEMENT, ON RESPONSE. PureGear does not answer telephone number 1-877-570-4327 AFTER HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. RINGS ONCE AND HANGS UP. ANYONE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS IS IN COLLUSION WITH PUREGEAR.
