THEY IGNORE ME, I CANNOT GET REPLACED.
TRYING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS.
WARRANTY EXPIRES FEB. 2020.
I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM PUREGEAR.
You could consider emailing them or you can try calling them. Neither will work but it will make you feel like you've done something productive. Just consider that it's all a sunk cost learning experience and move on to a company that has positive reviews.
