Call the toll free number and talk to customer service representative
When dealing with customer service you'll be able to speak to somebody and if you have an existing old phone that no longer has service it's a possibility it's time to be compatible and you could continue using your service by simply contacting them giving him them the information required and it's a possibility your phone is eligible and you just might need a free SIM card which they will mail out to you and you'll be able to use the phone of your choice. That's something I have done hopefully it may help
Hello sire I'm a customer with this company but I'm not sure were you gave the wrong number too was it in the application or to keep your number hers a number you can try to reach someone at =a rep = 1 (888) 505-7678.
