My Mother placed and order for two items. Returned them and understood the $10.99 return fee. However, her refund is over $80.00 short not the $10.99
Why is it that it took Roaman's one day to mess up my CREDIT but I have to wait 90 days for them to review my DISPUTE?
why do my jeans fall to my feet? Kmart does the same things, but I never thought Roman's would do this!
Has anyone ever been charged twice then told by representative that this happens for security reasons and after shipping your money will be issue back to your card?
