Love the clothes from this store. They are extraordinary and very up-to-date. New, fashionable items are added every now and then. Shipping to Poland is very fast! I highly recommend it if you are looking for perfect dresses. I was ordering pants for the first time and I am very impressed with the quality!
I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Rita made it extremely easy to order products! All I had to do was follow their directions which were clearly stated in English. I loved that I could pay in PayPal or using debit or credit cards. The clothes are also of excellent quality as I have purchased from this site before!

The quality of the bathing suits were good, but made small. You need to size up for sure. I don't like the fact that there's no one to talk to when you have a problem. There should be a customer service call center. It's all done on the computer which is fine if you don't have any problems.

Purchase a dress but realized that it was the wrong size due. This being my first time ordering I was upset that I would make another mistake. Contacted customer service and they took care of everything plus help to place another order.

I ordered 2 dresses, 1 pant suit, and one top. The items arrived well packaged. My usual size has been L (large). Everything in my order was beautiful, good quality but much too generous in size large. I needed to return 3 out of the four. I asked for credit for one, and exchange for the other two in an M (medium size). All have arrived and in size M, fit great. I love the clothing that they show on line. When I get my credit, I will be purchasing a few more items in size M.
Website fairly easy to navigate. I did not try to find a phone number to call. I used the chat option for the return item and the two exchange items in a smaller size. It was easy to complete my task with the chat option.

I needed to update my wardrobe with a few new pieces. My chosen items were pretty and priced reasonably.
Experience was easy and quick. I liked that Rotita gave me a large number of items to chose from. When an item is out of stock, they will notify me when the item is back in stock. Most do not do this for their customers.
Placed my order on Sept 9 didn't receive it until Oct 8. It took almost a month to get my order. To me that is ridiculous to have to wait that long for two shirts and a cell protector. I had picked out 6 items and have them sitting in my cart.But at this time I don't plan on ordering or recommending people to order from you at this time.
I had never purchased from rotita before but was delighted with the wide range of swimwear and the prices. It was a seemless process to buy what I wanted, my parcel arrived in just two weeks as promised. My whole experience with Rotita has been a enjoyable one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Delivery of my order was quick. I had ordered two tops. Both are beautiful and look just like the picture that was shown in the ad. Can't wait to wear them to a special event. Long sleeves on both one was yellow and the other one is purple with a white background. Tks so much.

Sizing is inconsistent, by time you get item it is too late to order larger or smaller by one to 3 sizes. You have to pay to return so you lose shipping both ways unless you ordered enough to get free shipping one way. Clothes aren't same as look, like not shiny, or deep
Purple, rarely include length and style is not figure flattering, they turn model so you think dress is fitted but is a sack
I have ordered several times from here & have had no issues. I have 8, (yes, I said EIGHT) swim suits from here. I have no idea WHY I have that many! As I can only wear one at a time. But they are so cute, worth the money, & fit properly. I also have several tops. Currently, I just wear leggings & cute tops. I don't fit very well in jeans anymore, so I'm quite comfortable in leggings & your cute tops.

I tried to order this suit a month ago with our Mastercard and it wouldn't go through and the card was flagged. So I did bother again. Hate being on the phone. But I wanted the suite for a cruise and we're leaving g on the 23th so I am running out of time. Tried again to order with my Mastercard. It got flagged again. So I ordered it with my visa and it went through with no problem. Pd for expedited shipping so I will have it in time. Any clue why Mastercard doesn't like your company? I will never try to use mine again. I will just use my visa. Live and learn experience for me.
Have been buying clothes from rotita since 2019 l love their materials fits me very well nice quality always on time every size I choose suits me it's amazing I recommend it to everyone
I've purchased two dresses for weddings and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dresses considering what I felt to be a very economical price. In any store, these would be at least $100.
I was a little hesitant about ordering from here at first, mainly because if I had to return an item, I didn't know how difficult it would be, but also, sizing issues. I used my own measurements and ordered the size that corresponded. I'm happy to report that everything fit great. Shipping took approximately 2 weeks, longer than if ordering from a company in the States. Individual Items were packed in individual bags before being shipped together.

I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding. Once I received my dress it had spots on it. I took a picture of it and uploaded it to Rotita. They responded and eventually they resolved my issue by replacing my dress by sending me another one. There were no spots on the second one. I appreciated Rotita's prompt service.

Ordered 4 swimsuits & 1 swim bottom got 2 swimsuits & 1 swim bottom haven't received the other 2 swimsuits. Keep saying there on there way but haven't received them yet. I'm going to contact my credit card company. Will never order from Rotita again

I had no problems at all with the ordering process & the items came sooner than expected. I was a bit disappointed with the fabric but it did not affect the wear.

If you are looking for a swimsuit, I suggest you look here. I have been very happy with the construction and fabric of the swimsuits. They have held up well and wash up nicely. They have not faded in the chlorine pools and fit well.
I only order online and thought I'd try Rotita. I really liked your swimsuit styles and I wasn't dissappointed.
