Hello, as I wrote you before, I have a problem with my account. Ive made an account on Scribd.com on 17 of March 2013 and I closed it in a month. However, you still take my money from my account even in 2016! I have checked my credit card and I really have a problem when I see that, monthly, you took 9 euro from me, even if my account is closed.

Please contact me as soon as possible, regarding the invoices. I need you guarantee that the amount will be refunded to my credit card ( from April 2013 to August 2016). This is fraud.
Please take this e-mail like an official notification and let me know when my money will be back on me.
