i have put my web card number into the to download some research papers. But i didn't put my pin number and it was said membership was not allowed without pin number.i didn't download any papers also. but scribd has deducted 7.99USD and i have got a message to my mobile phone. still i'm not a member of your website. i do not want to be a member anymore. i'm totally upset with this incident. i have emailed u twice but i got only auto generated email only.how can i refund my money.
