I want my account cancelled. User name is snl47@rediffmail.com. Scribd has been charging me without my consent. I have cancelled my account twice in past four months, but still got shocked to see myself being charged yet again!! Why do you guys have like 6 step process for cancellation and only 1 button to resume cancellation? This sounds like an elaborate scam process to me.
