Hello, as i wrote you before, i have a problem with my account. ive made an account on scribd.com on 17 of march 2013 and i closed it in a month. however, you still take my money from my account even in 2016! i have checked my credit card and i really have a problem when i see that, monthly, you took 9 euro from me, even if my account is closed. please contact me as soon as possible, regarding the invoices. i need you guarantee that the amount will be refunded to my credit card ( from april 2013 to august 2016). this is fraud. please take this e-mail like an official notification and let me know when my money will be back on me.
