I bought Dallas Cowboy tickets for $700 and guess what?
No good! They were original tickets but the owner resold them twice. Seatgeek makes no warranty. Buy at your own risk but I'll never buy from them again.

I would call them and insist they provide you with the answers. If they can't, I would deal with StubHub. They are my first and only choice for tickets.
