I placed 2 P.O. since January for more than 1400$ and what I recieved from now are message that my order are Backorder and everytime the dates change

Ups has just announced me 47 euros of additional taxes. This was never indicated by sheplers.

Ordered Men's boots on 12/08/2017. when can I expect to receive my order?
I placed an order with Sheplers for a Duster coat as a present for my husband. I tracked the order which was reported as damaged and as being returned to Sheplers, they have still taken the payment of over $200 and now I cannot get an answer when I try to contact them, they have also ignored my emails. Does anybody get their money back from these people, and if so HOW??
I had problems getting my order finally got the boots but too big wanted to return for smaller size but after seeing all the bad reviews I don't know
how can I track my package?
How are you still in business Shepler's? Just had THE WORST ever shopping experience with Sheplers! Apparently many other people had the same issues. Appalling customer service!
Been a Sheplers customer for a few decades... never needed to return a single item until today. Just noticed that Sheplers unlike their competitors, charges you shipping when they or their suppliers make a mistake. Won't be spending any more money at Sheplers. No wonder the Wranglers were 1/2 price. Wouldn't it be less expensive to just treat people right?
