Why haven't I received my orders yet? I've ordered twice!

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

Regarding our shipping time frame, once the order is completed online, there will be 1-2 business days of processing of the item(s) in the warehouse, we send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. As soon as the item(s) is shipped out, we'll send another email along with the tracking number so you may track it from time to time. You will receive your order within 6-14 business days (standard shipping) and 2-3 business days (rush shipping) once the item is shipped out.
