I bought a pair of boots that didn't work out. so i called and exchanged them for a different style. person said i would receive return label to send original pair back. didn't receive. called 2 more times. still no label. each person says the same thing. sounds really scripted. has anyone successfully gotten a return label? should i just pay shipping and send the item, hope they get it and pray for the refund? i'm pretty sure the shoes were knockoffs or factory seconds. they had differences from what was shown in the picture.

I bought several pairs of shoes from shoebuy with no problems. i earned a $10 reward which i was e-mailed. i got on their site this morning and tried to order a pair of shoes. when i tried to redeem my reward it didn't come off. i called customer service where i was told it expired. no where did i see that my reward would expire when i was ordering the shoes over a year ago. i had not opened the email and had saved it as unread. customer service based out of the us was no help. no where could i find a corporate number for this company that would talk to me. i will not do business with them again. i find that companies with out of the us customer service are not the way to go.
