I bought several pairs of shoes from shoebuy with no problems. I earned a $10 reward which I was e-mailed. I got on their site this morning and tried to order a pair of shoes. When I tried to redeem my reward it didn't come off. I called customer service where I was told it expired. No where did I see that my reward would expire when I was ordering the shoes over a year ago. I had not opened the email and had saved it as unread. Customer service based out of the US was no help. No where could I find a corporate number for this company that would talk to me. I will not do business with them again. I find that companies with out of the US customer service are not the way to go.
