I have ordered from them a lot and on the one issue I had they worked it all out and I still shop from them to this day. I love this site!

I personally have no problems! My last order i thought i was not sent an item i was sure i ordered ( small nail charm). It turned out it was was delivered just stuck to another bag i put somewhere else. I order a lot of charms and there shipped in small plastic zip lock bags. Polishes are wrapped in thin foam also so the bottles dont clank together. Ive ordered at least every week for the past month. Im avtually waiting for a shipment that should be here Oct 12 or 13 ( today or tomorrow). Ive read bad reviews but im completely satisfied.
