I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

I refused delivery of a package,post office sent it back.Miss A said it was delivered,but they didn't have the correct city mentioned.After 6 emails(I'm still fighting them for my refund),they still won't acknowledge my request,and don't seem to have the returned package.
This package was returned to them back in March/24.
I was a loyal customer for many years.Bur after their treatment of me,I no longer shop at miss a.

It's exactly as you think it is. I recommend using this site for tools. It's nice they give to charities but the make up quality is meh. Lol the gel liners are dry. Color mascara was dry. Shadows too sheer. But the sponges and little tools and random stuff were legit. I made 2 orders back to back. One got here in a week, other is still on its way after 2 weeks. Both processed at the same time. Don't expect to get your package anytime soon. Lol. It's a quick wish(the app) type of shopping experience. Worth it tho. Tools are cheap and reliable.

I placed an order with them on November 30 and didn't receive my package till December 19. The products are well pigmented when it comes to highlight, eyeshadows, and lipsticks. Although one lipsticks I got was expired and smelled really bad. The packaging is just horrible and the makeup brush didn't even come in a package how em I supposed to know if this has not been used before. The eyelashes and the anti aging cream were not closed either. This was the first time ordering from them and most likely the last time too.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time nor money with Miss A!!!! Not worth it

Products used:
I did not use any of the products from the pictures just didn’t feel comfortable using any of those since they are not even sealed.

This website is super easy to navigate, and while it may not have all the eye catching distractions, it's pleasantly arranged, adding items to your cart without losing your shopping place is easy, and their prices are fantastic!

Tip for consumers:
Check this site often! Their bath bath bombs are great and sell out super fast!

They have a bad habit of not packing items but marking them off on my invoice like they did pack them and sending me things that I never ordered. It's been a month since I've heard from them, they've stopped replying to my emails about the latest items that weren't in my order so I've reported them to the BBB.

Wow just when I thought customer service was dead along came chewy. I have been ordering from chewy for a couple of yrs now and yesterday one of my orders was dented up and leaking. I called the easy to see 800 # on the box and told them that 8 cans in one case and cans in another case of wet cat food were smashed and leaking. The young lady on the phone named Jasmine was so nice and apologized at 3 times and she said she would send out replacement cases immediately. Well i actually received them today. Now that's what I'm talking about. If you r a pet owner u are crazy if u don't buy all ur pet products from chewy. They are cheaper or very competitive w everyone else. I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you chewy for bringing customer service back.

They advertise animated fidget spinners on Twitter (and elsewhere), which don't work at all once you get them, unless you either watch on video, or use a strobe light. And they constantly delete their original advertising tweets so that nobody can see the constant negative replies they get from everyone they've ripped off. AVOID

I placed a order and can't track my package being in Canada that's a bit annoying. Placed a good size order almost $70 my daughter seen the site since and wants me to order her a few items now if I knew what my things looked like or how long it would take I'd probably place another order while this ones in progress. Other than that heard only good things about company even replacing damaged items for some people. This is my first purchase so as of now thats all I can say.

The new changes are terrible. Before the changes, I placed 2 small orders including only earrings and necklaces. About half of this jewelry has since turned my skin all sorts of gross colors or has broken so I've had to toss them.

Now with this new website, they are not being straightforward and it's impossible to get in touch with them. I wanted to try ordering some of their makeup and phone cases to give them one last chance, but forget it. You guys are unprofessional, and all over your Facebook page are customers complaining about packages taking over a month to arrive and you don't seem to be concerned. They forced everyone to get a new account with some strange third party. I will not trust you with my money again.

I just finished picking things to by a combination of jewellery and makeup items. Although I already watched YouTube reviews and it was ok but I just decided to read reviews before putting in my credit card information, and I must say it's not encouraging at all... There are people in the U. S complaining of bad shipping not to talk of I who's in Africa(Nigeria to be precise) has anyone here ever ordered from this site to any country in Africa? Please help a confused sister out.

I ordered 6 or 7 makeup items. Most were very cheap and poor quality, many of them seemed dried out, like they had been sitting somewhere for a good long time :( The only products that were okay were nail files and a very small hairbrush..

Bought items worth about $30 from them this August. It's now December and I have not received anything. Never have I had to buy anything from overseas for it not to come by a week or two. These guys probably never sent those parcels and faked it. I contacted them multiple times, frustrated. They told me they can only "compensate" after the item has not arrived within 90 days. Absolute crap. They told me to contact the customs, DHL and my local post (and I did). They all told me the same thing, they do not have the parcel. If you're an international buyer, never buy from them.

I ordered 21 days ago and still have not received my items. Their website said there would be a slight delay due to inclement weather in Texas, which was not the case when I ordered. After researching online, this company is known for lying about their shipping estimates, for a couple years now. I would have never ordered if I knew any better and cannot cancel it now, because it's supposedly "en route", per DHL website, which has not updated for 5 days.

After waiting nearly 8 weeks for an order which included a backpack, we were told that delivery could not be made because the delivery service could not access our address. This is completely a lie since all other delivery services have been delivering without any problem. After sending two emails to customer service, I was told that the package was being returned to sender. No details about who the delivery service was or why I was not notified regarding any attempted delivery, until it was too late and the items were being returned. I have asked for a full refund.

The items are really $1 and it's safe, but my best friend and I ordered products on the same day, got them a week longer, and we BOTH had incorrect orders. When I emailed to ask when they would ship what I actually ordered, they told me they would give me a $1 credit which means I have to pay $4 for shipping and wait another week for something they should have mailed in the first place. They also tried to tell me that '2 people check each order' - sounds pretty inaccurate to me. Is it worth the gamble? That's up to you, but don't expect them to take credit for their multiple mistakes so you may have to ship the same thing several times before the correct product gets to you and now you've spent as much as you would have at Charming Charlie (who has a better quality version).

Tip for consumers:
Don't order the products if you need them in less than a week. Also, CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Two out of two orders were incorrect - that says a lot.

I have only received one order so far. All items were packaged in a lot of foam, so the items arrived unbroken! Yes, shipping takes a long time, but I live outside the US. It took a full month from the date of my order to receipt, so just be very patient. I have placed another order and want to see how long that one takes. However, with the pandemic, I don't expect fast shipping--no big deal. I highly recommend the tracked shipping so you can see the progress if you are overly concerned about the shipping duration.

Ordered from this company almost two months ago. My package apparently arrived in my country 3 weeks ago and I've not yet received it. Miss A told me to contact customs and my local postal service to which I did and neither have record of my package ever being in the country. The customer service is actually shocking. Zero help at all. They don't care at all for any of them customers. Stay well away. This company is a complete and utter scam

There is never once where I will receive the correct items that I ordered. I ordered eyelashes and I received a different lash style but it was in the box with the name of the lash style that I wanted, this happened 2 times, so I just stopped ordering lashes from them. I also had an order that had only five items but somehow they managed to forget an item. I also ordered a jaw clip and they gave me one that has some weird discoloration on it.

Not sure if the company is rating themselves or if these reviews are from people who haven't ordered recently. You can't pick the colors of the items you want anymore, the wish list doesn't work, and customer service is atrocious/non-existent. I don't appreciate being lied to and will not support a company that can't be upfront with me.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same thing as me but this is my first time ordering from this site and I ordered 14 dollars worth of items but the package still hasn't come! Its been 2 or 3 weeks now and every day I'm coming home to see that there's no package): I'm really starting to get worried and the last update I got was that it shipped I'm just hoping I'll get it soon. Will update when (if) I get the actual products!

I ordered three tempered glass and only received one. I sent a msg to the helpdesk two days ago and havent heard from anyone. Would like to receive what I ordered or at lease a response. I understand mistakes happen but when a company does it to a customer maybe they should at least make it right.
Other than that... It was packaged good and was able to track. I think I would order some stuff from them if I knew 100% that I would get everything I ordered and at least hear from someone correcting this issue.

I have a great experience of buying from them. But what I really hate is the very slow shipping? It takes about almost 2 weeks just to have it ship n arrive to me. I order 2 package from them hoping it'll came in time for Christmas? On tracking # it was suppose to come today. But now it say it barely made out to union city? Which is a very disappointing? Please upgrade on the shipping?
