Hi Ole! We do not actually collect reviews on our site, but we do have a Portfolio page, with real, active and successful online dating sites from all over the world. You can visit these sites to see if they are real for yourslef, contact their owners, or even members of these sites. The only reason why there seems to be many negative reviews is because a lot of them are fake. I am not trying to say that ALL negative reviews are fake, as there are definately real ones among them, as with any product or service. But we always try to find a proper resolution to all issues if we encounter them.
Hello Francia, regular ticket support has a 24 hour guaranteed response time, Monday through Friday. We have checked the system and it appears the last ticket from your account was received 159 days ago. Please check if you are using your registered account to send us communication. You can also write directly to support@skadate.com and info@skadate.com if there is a problem with us receiving your mail and we will assign your account a new email to avoid delays in communication.
Hi Marc, SkaDate Master is an old version of our software that hasn't been in distribution for over three years. Nevertheless, we offer all SkaDate Master owners a new version of our software for free. Just write to support@skadate.com and request your copy. If you need our support to install and configure your new software, just activate our support service, otherwise, you can install and configure your site by yourself.
