I bought eyeglasses from nycoptics with lense. I paid the money by bank transfer. I have not yet get my eyeglasses until this period of time. It is already more than 2 weeks. I tried to email them many times. I feel it is not honest answering me and already stop contacting me. What should i do?

We are SmartBuyGlasses, not "nycoptics". Perhaps there has been a mix-up? Nevertheless, if you have an order with us just send me a PM with your Order ID and I'd be happy to check.

If you have an order with another retailer and they are not responding to your emails I recommend checking for alternative methods of contact such as via phone, chat, or social media.
