I purchased 3 pair of Gucci frames on 7/25/16. The website only list 3 locations (US, Italy and Canada). I received shipping email on 7/26/16 stating the glasses have been shipped via FedEx from Hong Kong... I immediately became concerned because the site only listed the 3 locations I previously mentioned. When I checked tracking on Fedex site, it only says the label has been created and the expected delivery date is 7/27/16. Now I'm confused and a little nervous/concerned about the authenticity of the Gucci frames I ordered.

We guarantee all of our products to be 100% authentic. This is done by sourcing directly from the brand manufacturers or their authorised suppliers.

The locations you have listed are for our offices but our main distribution points and warehouses are in Italy and Hong Kong. We're sorry if this wasn't clear.
