I purchased the Tom Ford FT5040 0B5 - Size 52 from the Smartbuyglasses online store on the 18th of March 2015.

I have been using the spectacles so far but have been unhappy with the build quality. And when I was cleaning the spectacles lenses yesterday evening the frame just split into two pieces separating at the bridge. Please note that I was gently wiping the lenses and was not applying any force at all. I would like to understand how this occurred to a genuine Tom Ford eyeglass? What sort of replacement solutions does Smartbuyglasses offer in a case like this?

I understand Smartlyglasses has a 24 month warranty against manufacture detect. Please let me know how to proceed if as I would like to initiate the exchange process.

Someone from customer service contacted me two days ago via email but i haven't heard from them since. Is there any way i can get in touch with them on a call? I would like to resolve this quickly. Not having a proper spectacle is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
