I bought my husband Ray-Bans and have carried out all the checks to guarantee they are.not fakes despite coming. From Hong Kong. I truly believe they are genuine but have paid with Paypal so if I swiftly discover they are not, I will be making a complaint thru PayPal. If you go on the chat within the website you can ask all the questions and feel 100% assured that SmartGlasse will refund in full if you compare them with the genuine item in a shop and feel they are fakes. It is an unconditional guarantee so I don't think they could be fairer. I certainly would not buy from Ebay and the guy who says his glasses purchased there are different is probably because they are the fakes! Good luck and look at the positive feedbacks as well as the negative.

Agree with Ben S. Above, look elsewhere. I had similar experiences as Julien above; delivery was constantly delayed. After much correspondence with customer support (which in fairness was swift) they finally told me my ordered glasses had been shipped. Then the next day they told me they were not able to proceed with my order because the glasses were not in stock! Look elsewhere before choosing SmartBuyGlasses.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from them but delivery was constantly delayed. As for the authenticity of their products, I don't think they are genuine. I purchased from their US website but it was shipped from Hong Kong and transited via France. The funny thing is that the one I bought is "Made in France". I contacted the sunglasses company and SmartBuyGlasses is not one of the distributors. The model I bought is meant for mountain biking and trail running but it developed a small crack near the frame and it fogs up... I bought another pair from ebay and the material is different... looks and feels better...
