Why does this company get the worst reviews for a card i've ever seen. Scum being the word most commonly used when referring to store-credit. I wont join when there's so many unhappy customers. What do you say to theses accusations?

Does cancelling your card stop them taking money or do can they still get it
Stupidly done this tonight feel a right fool Not bought anything,, my bank is closed now till Monday! If I ring up the lost and stolen can they stop the contious payment or is it best to report lost but have heard they can still take money out when you do this? There due to take money out Monday if they haven't tried already though there is nothing in my account st the moment

So lost, have signed an agreement and now not sure whether i've been scammed or they are rightfully allowed to take my money, i was looking for a short term loan originally
I just don't understand, thought id been approved a loan, then told I had credit for a catalogue, there is no catalogue I can find, then take 70 quid from my bank!? What for? Theres nothing ti but so I don't get why they are taking payments? HELP PLEASE

Morning, again, scrolling through all the comments below it would seem everyone is having the same issue. Luckily my bank stopped the payment and called me this morning to double check. They have blocked this organisation taking any money from my account. I have a question so if anyone can help that would be great... now that i have stopped the payment what powers do these people have in 'making' me pay the remainder of the 'store credit'? Thanks

My wife applied for a couple loans and storecredit said that she was accepted for 350pounds just give them her bank details mainly the debit card then she wpuld be able to collect from her account. Needless to say money neverwas put in got an email saying she can now use that 350 for in store-catalouge shopping, we still dont know what catalouges to use so my wife has not spent any money and we are getting emails saying that they were unable to collect payment now my question is why do we need to make any payments when not 1 item has been purchased? Next question is they say just shop for anything your needing or simplywould like to have and we have not once ever seen any catalouges that we know that we could shop from, so how do we find these mystery catalouges?
Would like to cancel agrreement, but theres no where on their site that i can do so
