I love Swagbucks. I've been using the site for several years and I've gotten hundreds of dollars in gift cards. There are many ways to earn swagbucks. You can take surveys, download and play mobile games, watch videos, submit store receipts, and more that I can't think of right now. Swagbucks are worth about a penny each and you can cash out for as little as five dollars and it doesn't take long at all to get there. One particular agent seem to be back on the team on Swagbucks. All he can say is disqualification. I have told him in the past to stop communicating with me and it took me to submit a complaint to prodege to get it stopped Now he's back and its started again i just completed 7 minutes of a 10 minute survey and he's at it again Am going to submit another complaint to prodege

I am owed 208 points for a shop I did at boots on 30 August I have sent details multiple times but customer service have ignored it DAVE in particular doesn't either read my emails or look at my screenshots I have reported this to Prodege and am waiting for a reply

A lot of big brands here have a low trust score and thats natural because customers usually leave a review when they are disappointed about the product they purchased or used. So I can't understand why ******* reviewers would praise Swagbucks because they are "earning" one dollar a month for spending endless hours of their precious time to answer to hundreds of surveys. Unless they are chatbots. Me too, I have answered some surveys and only after completing them I was informed that I was not worth that 1 cent for my time. There was an offer to download the Monopoly Go App and earn 30 USD by completing level 101 within 30 days. I did that in 16 days and guess what? They tracked until level 71. I emailed them before the deadline about this issue, and guess what? They never replied. Swagbucks.com is definitely one of the biggest scammers and fraudsters online, so just don't waste your precious time for them. They make money thanks to you and they laugh at you.
They have lots of surveys, but all are grossly underpaid. Moreover, often the surveys are not rewarded although they have been completed.
The customer service is non existent.
The only positive aspect is that when they pay, they pay relatively quickly.

I've gotten hundreds of dollars from swagbucks. It's great. I will continue using it for the foreseeable future.
They are slow and completely unresponsive. I am still looking for 7,500 Swagbucks that should have been rewarded in December. I even went to MonopolyGo Customer Support to provide a date of when I reached the level to receive said points. Attached it to my ticket and have heard nothing. It's funny how they go ghost when they need to payout the large amount of Swagbucks.
I have been playing a game that I would never play outside of this website. I have had so many issues with this website it's unreal. At first my phone didn't work and it said my phone was a VOIP/Pre-paid (untrue). Which in turn meant I had to wait awhile for them to fix that, cause you need your phone to view your progress and download games.
Second issue arises, my game isn't tracking at all. I downloaded it from the link and everything. I put a ticket it and they couldn't even honor it. I'm owed about $30. They "can't track it" which is complete BS considering my phone had issues prior, so you can't even credit what I'm owed? I have all the receipts of the text with the link. The days I completed whatever task I needed to earn swag bucks. Their customer service is slow & they can't even honor anything. Go anywhere else but swagbucks.

I stopped using Swagbucks when they stopped tracking my play like many other people and they stopped giving me credit when I contacted help desk. I thought I would give it another chance, but this time I didn't receive a credit in the middle of 2 others so surely they couldn't deny that I had earned the credit when I earned it for reaching a lower level and a higher level so the in between should be automatic. Nope. They still said there was no proof that I had earned the credit.
So it gets the job done but it's kinda hard to use if your just doing surveys and takes forever to get Swagbucks because the partnered survey websites always crash. Games are very reliable though. This week alone, I've earned 2000 swagbucks which is equal to about $20 if I remember right, and I have another game I'm working on that will provide 3000 swagbucks
I've had Swagbucks for some time and have a very small balance. I used their link to open up a chime account then I would receive ******* SB. I did get the SB although it felt delayed. However, when I went to redeem them they locked me out of my account. I requested customer support through their website. It says normally 10 business days so I am waiting for a reply. This makes it appear they dont want to pay out.
Although it's often difficult to get a survey that you can actually take and get Swagbucks for, the points do add up pretty quickly! It didn't take me long to get enough points to redeem a $15 gift card. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it takes some persistence and patience to go through surveys until there's one that actually wants your demographic. Otherwise, it's great!
I've always known this site was pretty bad about paying you for the things you do there, but it was a couple bucks a month to use on amazon when ordering groceries, a member for over 12 years... but now they have gone way beyond a site I feel safe on... I sent in a support request to be paid for an offer I was owed... Next thing I know they want my driver's license and a photo recognition photo of my face. This information can be used against you some day if its hacked or sold to a facial recognition software company... they try to assure you that its safe but the company they use wants to store this info for 3 years. Umm NO. Why? I would not allow them to have this for minutes let alone 3 years... We have already verified our account threw the postal mail and also threw text on our cell phones. Why are they now wanting to collect our ID and photo... that is just not right and for the 3 dollars Im owed I will not comply to this demand
I am a long time member of over 2 years and have used thier site everyday during that time so im very disappointed that when I provided proof of survey completion they did not take the time to look into it they just gave me a boiler plate answer and said if the survey companies don't want to pay too bad instead of recognizing thier was a mistake and fixing it. For whatever reason thier were issues over the weekend with survey payouts even though you completed the survey in full so I took screenshots as proof amd provided them so they could look into it and instead I got 4 copy and pasted email messages saying that if survey companies refuse to pay then too bad even though in the past they woukd investigate and give you the payout that was not rewarded. Terrible customer service and support in my opinion.
I have mixed feelings about whether these guys are legit. They advertise promotions that are legit and say that they will honour points after they verify with their third parties. However, when you ask the third party, they deny such an agreement in place. Swagbucks then blames the consumer despite there being a technical error in their website pointed out and you have to point with them to reason with you by demonstrating the proof that they require. They respond back with the same blurb every time without reading your additional proof that the requirements were met. I do not know if I trust these guys. If you follow the instructions and prompts to fulfill your side of the deal and then they do not honour their side, you feel like you have been taken advantage of. That is not something that I would want to have happen to someone else so recommendation... absolutely not.
Swagbucks is great for anyone who uses Amazon and could use a few extra bucks now and then. I spend a few free minutes doing surveys every day or two build up my points and then redeem for Amazon gift cards. This has come in very handy on occasions where I really needed something but was short on cash. It's not an emergency fund by any means since it take about a week to get your codes but it's sure helped me out!
Joined in 2011 got hundreds of swagbucks a day for years. Now I cant even get any points searching. Also sometimes I would complete an entire survey and at the very end it says okay almost done just a couple of questions for classification purposes. Next thing you know your disqualified after spending an hour answering questions. I deleted my account 2 days ago.
Swagbucks is fun, however, it does not care for senior citizens. If you are over 60, expect to be declined for the majority of surveys. Enough remain to entertain yourself and make a few extra bucks. I have mine all paid in Amazon Gift cards.
I finally quit swagbucks. Mostly it was due to signing up for credit card offers and not being credited them out while my CC was still charged. They hire incompetent people for their support team which never solves your issues. Honestly, don't waste your time with this site.
Several attempts to sign up, then the stupid program does not let me log in. When I try to get another password app indicates it sends me a reset code but never works. KARMA is working for me not letting me access a useless application that just steals your time. Find other options. This garbage sucks
I've used Swagbucks occasionally for over two months. I had no trouble getting my first two Amazon gift cards. When I had enough points for another they would not send me a pin. There seems to be no customer service at all. Other people have had this problem too I have seen on review sites. It looks like I can still donate my Swagbucks to charity which I will. And then I'm done with them. If you decide to use this site I highly suggest that you cash out each time you earn at the lowest level so that they can't shut your account without you doing tons of low paid work and then not getting paid. The surveys don't pay even close to minimum wage and getting pennies for watching videos is a joke. I'm not sure the videos would even break even with the cost of powering your computer.
1) Swagbucks simply does not let you earn in any sort of way after the first 7/10 days... maybe a few months for others.
2) Points are never updated. Most of the contests, surveys, etc are a waste of time.
Wonder how the U. S government does not bring this site to justice. Also all those mobile apps just spam your smartphone/s.
I signed up because they had 2 offers I wanted to try and everything was great for about 3 months but now I've had a few offers not work and the customer service is just a robot that says the same response and apologizes. I realize if it doesn't track it's hard to deal with, but it's your site swagbucks, not mine.

They will find an excuse to close your account if you make a lot of dollars in gift cards even if you are playing totally by their rules. My brother had several hundred dollars worth in shop and earn credits and they didn't pay him and then when he complained about it they shut his account. The put on this " "We are liberal green diverse socially concerned company who loves the president and any one who doesn't is evil" face but like many companies I have found like this have ZERO ethics. If you use this site don't try to hard and don't make waves when they screw you.
Discover area and Ascend media will no longer work and therefore cannot complete the daily list of right things to do daily. Have asked for help many times with no feedback at all. Swagbucks ignores u completely
I spent 50 to 60 hours accumulating rewards but then when it came time for them to pay me, they claimed my survey answers were not 100% honest. ( which is a big fat lie) PLUS now my email is getting bombarded with spam emails!

Even after i earned my credit and sent them the proof they say im not eligible for the credit. Dont waste your time. Im always getting kicked out of surveys one day i went through 35 surveys in an hour. You do the survey for maybe 5 min then its says its filled up. Whats that? Stay away.
