on 12/5/19I don't know either. That's how they got me too because I didn't read that part. I only found out when I went back to the site and it's under their "How it Works."
In response to Dawn S., while most companies offer total control over subscription, including canceling, this site/company isn't like them. I created an account hoping 'll have the choice to cancel my subscription, but I only have the option to change, no option to cancel. Reason why I emailed them requesting cancellation, but I was given a discount instead and was told to created an account if I haven't done so to change my subscription.
That's a VERY good question! It's not like they were FREE samples! You did pay something ($1.99 shipping and handling). Not good business practices either! And because they responded to me in what I thought was a snarky response, I don't think I will be dealing with this company again (though I do like the Savannah scent over the Ozark)! Maybe they are like this because Poo Pourri (whom they are knocking off) has been known to sue companies who copy her product. And if you are a new company just starting out, you need customers to survive. My mother had a saying; you get more flies with honey than vinegar! They could be nicer and a tad less sneaky too.
You can cancel at any time. I changed my delivery date very easily.
I've changed my Subscription with them quite a few times, the cancel button is on the individual item page at the bottom.
Because they are scumbags! Their address is for a virtual office!
You have complete control of the subscription. Most companies that offer this do it for the convenience. My husband gets most of his bathroom items from the Dollar Shave Club and it's the same way. It seems like more companies are starting to offer their products this way. I LOVE it, super easy to change.
