Yes I have questions about the legitimacy of this company. Does a live representative from TrendsGal ever actually contact the customer to resolve the issue(s)? It seems that TrendsGal post the same "scripted apology" to these people who have not received their merchandize.

I want to order an item for my best friends birthday but after reading all these reviews I am very doubtful.

My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think!

You'll regret buying from them... I m not going to write a huge lengthy review as normal, but I can say everything on thier site is stolen photos and they drop ship cheap chinese crap that only looks close to the photos, sizes are way off. Refunds don't really exist. I payed for Items I never recieved. Some may say they got a refund, but it probably took 20 emails... which mine did they offered me 20% back and I still never got that!

I finally received my order after almost 3 months and can only wear one item. They are poorly made and the sizes are off by about 3 sizes. You will never speak to a person, I mean never. I will never order from them again. Good luck in your decision.

Ive never spoke with a live person i contacted "support" about 10x and i get a scripted message just altered each time.

I would never buy from them again, the quality is complete crap, I bought two things and can't wear either of them. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company DONT!

I've never been directly contacted. I did receive a very generic response on the website that provided no resolution details as they stated it would. I did finally receive my order. A couple are okay, a couple are junk, so quality is hit and miss. There are enough options out there, so I would highly recommend against doing business with them. My experience was awful, and I will firmly stand behind never again ordering through them.

Hi Maricela, I'm not really sure but I only one representative by the name of Yoyo respond to all of my messages.

After my initial post, I decided to give this site a chance by ordering from them. On receiving the merchandise, I realized two of the outfits I purchased from missing so log in a ticket through the link provided on their site. Within 48 hours, they actually responded to my request and I've attached my correspondence with them below. They told me that they're low in stock on the items missing and to expect a new package be shipped by mar 15th. Well, I said alright but in my head thinking, you guys couldn't have told me that these items weew not in stock before and after I ordered? Alright, il. Leave that part alone for now.

So since February 23rd, the last time I communicated with them, I hadn't gotten any notification so on 3/16, I followed up with them on these items since they claimed that the items should be in stock by Mar 15th. This time around, they responded by saying that the item shipped on feb 23rd when I initially spoke to them which is hard to believe. They included in the message some bogus tracking number and status showing that the item was shipped and delivered by USPS to me and I'm sitting here like, you're u guys never informed me that you were shipping a new package on 2/23 when I spoke to y'all and if even it was delivered, I never received any notification from USPS considering that I have an online account notification from USPS when I have a package. So I don't know what fool these people take me for but that's my experience thus far. I will follow up with you on how this issue play out.

In regards to item #151416601, when I received the item, it was already opened with one ring in it instead of two as shown in the description on your site. Only ring was in the small package it came with. I proceeded to check the bigger package this evening to make sure that i didn't fall in there but I did not see it. Below is what the ring look like at the time I received, it was already opened

I never received any notification from usps since then of any package so once again please refund what I've paid for these items + shipping because I paid this to you already.

The answer is NO items come from China. You will only get answers to emails in which reps argue with you. I do not recommend ordering from the site you may never see your clothes or jewelry.

I spoke with a Japanese person or someone from a foreign country. They don't answer any questions correctly. They repeat the same thing over and over. Beware. Products shown are the legitimate products, you get the wanna be imitation. Horrible quality. Not even appropriate to say you get what you pay for because it's not even worth the cheap pricing

This company has been blasted from all sides and from my point of view, deservedly so. If you're determined to save some money by buying stuff from china, try LightInTheBox. Shipping is free but its on a slow boat, takes about 3 weeks. You could chew your nails to the bone in anticipation. I'm cured over china shopping.

Hi, if you go back on my comments of this company to about January this year, you will swe i have mentioned the exact same thing. It is a sterio typed answer every time. I did eventually receive my orders at the end of February, everything was there, but i would just be aware that you are in a long waIt for your order.

I've been going back and forth with them for months now. I had one order that was okay (it's like buying cheap things on ebay the're never quite what you expect, but sometimes that's okay) and I sincerely regret my second order which never arrived and they want me to pay 50% of it plus shipping to get it shipped out again, but they wont answer my question about getting shipping with a tracking number this time around because last time it was supposedly "lost in transit" no matter how many times I ask (I've directly asked this question about 6 times now to at least 4 different customer service reps).

Trendsgal is also several other sub companies. Addresses everywhere! My order was to be sent from CHINA. Never got it andy ou can't call them and there is no live Rep. Their replys are the same to all. BBB doesn't do anything. Write the Attorney General. Anyone who write's a good answer on here are the staff members!. No refunds either. They just keep passing the Buck! Am trying to get their Ad taken off Facebookb ut they won't reply either! Do NO order from them!

I'mI sorry, but I have yet to speak to someone, I know shipment comes from Germany. And there customer service is in California. It is poor poor service. Sad cause they would have lots of customer off the were honest and better customer service, I believe people should report them to BBB, I know I am if I don't get my order soon. It's the the the amount of Money but the dishonestly,

If you have an account with them you should submit a ticket so you can actually talk to someone or you can do a live chat. They are really helpful. I submit tickets with questions all the time and they always resolve my issues. You should try it out. I used to think twice with this website as well but once I had ordered I I haven't stopped ordering from them. I love ordering from Trendsgal.

Cheap fabric. Ordered a coat and it took over two months to get here then was shoved in my mailbox. Coat is made out of thin fabric

You are right correct. The customer service responses are scripted. The Trendsgal is not trustworthy. They will charge you $50-60 for shipping and when you receive your items they may be broken, wrong size, the material is a hard polyester, the craftsman ship of the items are poorly done. It's not worth it. Buy with a company that honors their policy on returns.

Look somewhere else. This website is not good at all. I tried calling them for days but they never responded to any of my replies. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card aftert about 10 weeks of not getting the items. I will never order from them again. Look somewhere else. It is not worth the frustration. Half the people who order on this website do not get the merchandise.

Delivery can vary up to a month so if timing for the birthday is less i wouldnt order having said that ive niticed delivery to be faster the more orders i placed.Its coming from China and they outsourse which delivery company they use. Generally the site is ok if you read the prod u ct measurement compared to US sizes.

I was messaging someone called yoyo, they seem to be really helpful in assisting me. I think if you send a fierce enough email it will be a person reply. I would always recommend paying for expedite shipping and a tracking number so you can keep track on your orders delivery.
Also, remember some clothes are never how they are pictured and quality isn't always great. But all costume Jewelly that I have bought has always been good.

I had issues with them. Where i didnt receive all my items. I messaged them on their site and someone named gillian reply. She was extremely helpful anfd dealt with all my queries. I got my refund back
