Shopping at Trendsgal was a good experience. Shipping is fast enough, I was waiting about a week for delivery and I've got my package delivered to my doorstep. Prices are lower on similar or even the same product comparing to other companies providing similar services. Sizes may vary a little but once I found what my size is, the clothes fit perfect. I truly am happy for my last purchase and will buy there again

“Mermaid blanket”

I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

I have been a VIP member with trendsgal.com for a few months now and they are a really good company to order from. Sometimes orders may take linger than usual to get delivered but their customer service is very good at replying to all of your concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good quality items at reasonable prices.

I ordered 17 items from here and loved 16 of them. One was too small on me so I gave it to my daughter. Other than that, I had no problems whatsoever with this site. Fast shipping. Got here in 4 days which was awesome! Definitely buying from here again!

Tip for consumers:
Be sure to check the size charts. Not all of them are the same for each item.

Ordered and credit card was charged on 10/23/16. Never received, website shows no order history. Customer service said to "check with post office" and provided an invalid tracking number. So frustrated!

I had ordered all kinds of stuff and never received it and had never got my money back plus you can't contact customer service because there is none... $#*! this place serious don't buy anything from these dirty $#*! low lifes. They are scum bags

They make you PAY for a tracking number, which of course most people are going to say no to, and after that it's over. The order disappears. It says I never bought anything but they took the money off my card. Stay away from them

Ive ordered a couple things without any problems. Sure it takes a while for you to get your items but different shipping speeds equals lesser time. I don't mind shopping with them because there clothes are better quality than most sites Ive shopped on including shin etc. I visit every few months because they have something different that sparks my interest. I cant complain about shipping because they are coming from china.....

Ordered bathing suit, leggings, and shirt in June. All of the articles were falling apart and were too small even though I followed their recommendations on the site. I'm not a big girl! I sent the items back but still haven't received my refund. Do not purchase from this site. You will probably never get your money back. In addition they make you pay return shipping which usually costs just as much as the product.

First, I am impressed by the customer services. They improved it a lot.
I have read many of the reviews here before buying, and I don't understand why their experiences could be that horrible. Now is my real review here:

Pros: 1. Cheap and great selections. Sometimes you need to scroll down a little bit and read the description carefully before buying. Always choose the product with more than 10 items in stock so that the processing time can be fast.
2. Customer services. They responded me within 24 hours, and checked with the order fast as well.

Cons: Shipping is always a problem. Mine takes 14 days to arrive. However, with this price, I don't complain, and I understand the process since the product is shipped from China.

Overall, my experience is fantastic. I just put another order in and it has already been shipped!

The items received took a long time to ship to me in the USA. When they did come, they were actually very cute and decent quality for its price point. However, the sizes were totally misrepresented on the website. Sizing charts stated 33 inch waists and 42.5 inch hips for 2XL articles. However, the products had a hip of approximately 26 inches!

When I contacted Trendsgal about my products received (including pictures with rulers, like they requested), they did not offer a refund, stating my articles are not covered under warranty. I am a frequent online shopper, and this is literally the first time I have EVER had to contact my credit card company to dispute with a merchant.

I would never recommend buying from them unless you like the essence of surprise with sizing.

Tip for consumers:
Based on the products I received, I would not recommend shopping with this merchant unless you are under a size US 4.

I ordered ONE fitted dress on September 13 and it is December 26! I have not yet received my package! I've submitted various ticket complaints and there has been no solution! I will get this site shut down and out of business for fraud!

Last spring had horrible experience with trendsgal they are the worst website to buy anything from. Took several months to receive my stuff. The tracking system is fake. Im happy to see others are reading our reviews and moving on to honest and customer friendly websites instead of trendsgal. By the way by the time I received the cheaply made clothes, the sizes are not right. Bought 5 shirts now use them all as rags for around the house! Thank you sitejabber for getting the word out just wished I knew about you before placing that order with trendsgal...

So I received an email on 8/4/2015 that my package was shipped and here I am today 8/25/15 still waiting for my order. I did use standard mail which set the expectation I should receive it within 6-25 business days. Is this a normal wait time? I cannot track my package and cannot even reach anyone in customer service... contact numbers do not work. Anyone have suggestions please?

Trendsgal.com is scam. Please do not purchase anything from this website or company. It's so bad that you can't even track down your purchases. Now I know it's my fault because the prices seemed to be to good to be true. I hope I able help someone out there. Be careful of these fake companies

Trendsgal writes reviews to make themselves sound good. I placed an order months ago and it is still supposedly in China. DO NOT ORDER. The customer service is terrible, they use a magic jack as a phone and those tickets are not even read and dealt with. Don't waste your money.

I have purchased several upon several items that I could not find anywhere else with these given prices.
There are several different ways to make sure you purchase the correct size. There is a measurement converter and the reviews submitted by other satisfied customers help determine whether the item is a good buy for you.
Only one of my many orders did not include one item. Immediately I was contacted by customer service to choose another item to replace what I had not received in my order.
I would recommend anyone as there's something for everyone!

Purchased a watch from the site - happy customer! Watch is stunning and true to pic!
Looks smart, sexy and expensive. Nice comfy rubber strap, large face with striking numbers. Have ordered a further 3 in different colours because loved this watch.

I hesitantly ordered after having read reviews but figured that for the price (SO cheap) if things went pear-shaped I was really not that out of pocket.
Received order confirmation but never received any tracking email. My top arrived within a fortnight (to Brisbane) and it's absolutely fine. Better quality than I was anticipating and even a bit too big as I ordered a size up than I normally would. Still wearable though!
I will definitely order again - thanks!

I'll admit, I read tons of reviews about TrendsGal. Ones claiming that their packages didn't come in and the clothes were too small. So, I was a bit nervous and skeptical about ordering from the site. From reading those reviews though, I ordered one size bigger than I normally get. Granted, I really only ordered shirts, rings, and 1 or 2 pair of jeans. However, everything that came in fit perfectly! My package was here within 5 days. (I chose expedited shipping because it was surprisingly cheaper.) They did send 2 packages, so one of my packages came 2 days later, but they are shipping from Hong Kong, so I believe there are some weight limits and such when shipping from out of country. When I e-mailed them curious about where my second package was, they responded within 24 hours very kindly! So, my experience with TrendsGal has been an excellent one and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

Tip for consumers:
If you are ordering from this site, I suggest getting one size up than what you normally get! Other than that, everything fits accordingly!

Trendygal, please get my order to me in a decent amount of time. All of these negative reviews are making me nervous. The clothes are so pretty and the prices are great. If Im not let down by month long or more delivery times then theres no way I wont order again.
