Why does it say that after you pay an item may not be available? how come they don't have exact inventory?

Hi Bertha, Our website reflects our inventory; however, before your package is sent out it goes through the quality control department. If you order the last pair and they find it defective then you have the option to be notified via email or you can choose automatically cancel and refund. XO, UOG

Hello i NEVER EVER place orders outside of my country USA... see if there is a business number on facebook. Not a general customer service number on the page... leave a public message on their facebook page also! Let the public know the difficulty you are having! Good luck! I only ordered once from them last autumn and had great trouble tracking my order... and this was in the U.S.~!

Do shoes on this website run big or small? i wear a 7. what size do i need to order?

The shoes here are true to size depending on the type of shoe. For example open toe boots go a size up so your toes don't go over the front :)

I'm very skeptical about ordering a pair of over the knee boots that hug your thighs. i am reading a lot of reviews and most are 50/50. i am a size 6 and was curious to know what to do in order for me not to have to go through the return process seeing as it is a disaster with most?

Look at customer reviews! And REMEMBER if you are short these boots thigh high---may be too long or overwhelming! I purposely fold mine over~ i am 5 feet 4 inches tall..
