Hello i NEVER EVER place orders outside of my country USA... see if there is a business number on facebook. Not a general customer service number on the page... leave a public message on their facebook page also! Let the public know the difficulty you are having! Good luck! I only ordered once from them last autumn and had great trouble tracking my order... and this was in the U.S.~!
