Hi

My order#2141976 was placed on hold due to billing address error. I've sent a message through the website and also tried calling four times. There's never any answer. I want to know whats going on cause the address i provided is on my card along with another local address. I did not put the local address because my country DOMINICA is not listed on your site. Your assistance would be grateful.

Hello i NEVER EVER place orders outside of my country USA... see if there is a business number on facebook. Not a general customer service number on the page... leave a public message on their facebook page also! Let the public know the difficulty you are having! Good luck! I only ordered once from them last autumn and had great trouble tracking my order... and this was in the U.S.~!

How long ago did you place an order? Thats not them to not answer its a very legit site ive ordered TWICE and never had a problem maybe give it some time since its after the holiday? & give them another call back
