This is my favorite online shoe store. Been using them since 2014. I noticed the website has changed quite a lot and not user friendly now either. There's no option for shoe size, I'm afraid to purchase anything now. Please let us know this isn't a fake/bad/hacked (or whatever they call it) site, so we can continue to do b/ss!

Urbanog is a stylish and cool apparel site for women. Their buyer chooses such unique and amazing designs - I especially love thier shoes! Everything looks like it is high end designer and the prices are so low - it's great!

Do not shop here. Take your business elsewhere! Customer service is a joke and even if they mess up they will give you bare minimum effort to correct. You will be wasting your time and money. Once my dress FINALLY arrived it was wrinkled beyond belief. Run away!

Every time I order from urban og I'm never disappointed. There shipping is fast their items is always as described the reps are nice and polite in helping you if you have any questions. I get a tone of complements on every shoe or item I order. I just order some beautiful heels order#******* that I'm wearing for my birthday! I highly recommend them!

This company stole my credit card information and used it around California (that's where they are located. I live in North Carolina) When I confronted them about it, they deleted and blocked me from all social media and they deleted my account. BEWARE! These guys are crooks! I will say that the product gets there fast. It took a week each time I ordered something. However, WHY steal from people that are already giving you their money?! That it not okay!

I've ordered from them 4 times now and the shipping has always been pretty good, usually around 10 days. I've gotten 8 pairs of shoes from them and they've all been great! A bit higher quality than Forever 21 type shoes, but still amazing prices. No complaints, honestly.

I have an unhealthy obsession with boots and this site has a wide enough selection of boots for me to keep feeding that obsession. Cute and affordable combat boots, wedge boots, and ankle booties? LOVE! Their customer service reps were totally sweet and accommodating when I needed help placing an order. Since stumbling upon this website a couple months ago, I've already made several more purchases and I intend to keep buying to my heart's content. Thanks, Urbanog!

I recently purchased a pair of high top wedge sneakers from Urban OG. I was very concerned purchasing from them after reading all of the negative reviews about the company. However I really liked the shoes, and for the price I had to give it a shot. The processing and shipping days were accurate and delivered on time. The shoes are more than I could have imagined, they are in perfect condition, fit perfectly and I'm totally obsessed with them. I would recommend this website to anyone who needs cute shoes for an affordable price.

The customer service has been great on my end, and they always kept me informed as to what was going on. People reading this also have to understand that if you have a negative experience with a company, of course they're going to write a complaint about it. I recommend this company to anyone! I ordered a pair of brown velvet thigh high boots with gold heels and i got them within 4 days! I was scared that since i got them so cheap, the quality would reflect that but i pulled them out of the box and put them on and have never felt more like beyonce lol. They were unbelievably soft and good quality, and they feel super stable. The heel is connected well, doesn't feel like it will break or come apart at all! Even the zipper is good quality. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of boots about a week ago and they just came in today. They fit beautifully and I also received some site coupons and a free trial disposable razor. Thanks UrbanOG!:)
I received two emails during this process- and order confirmation after purchasing, and a shipment confirmation the next day. With the shipment confirmation email I was able to track the package and it arrived as scheduled.

Urbanog is underrated! I was able to purchase shoes that were out of stock online in my order # ******* for half of the price! The shipping was super fast. I ordered on a Thursday and has possession of my item by Tuesday the following week.

This website is the best ever! I have been shopping with Urbanog for the past 3 years and I have to say that they have the best selection in shoes and clothing, as well as service. Their return policy is very easy to follow as well, its 30 days money back gurantee, plus you get free shipping when you buy over $50 (easy! Since there are so many cute stuff on the site!) You do need to pay for your own shipping when sending items back, but all other websites does, so I don't find this to be unfair. Shipping time frame may vary due to your location (since they are located in CA), but they usually ship out within 2~3 business days... I just want to say that the prices, styles, quality are the best! I would recommend UrbanOG to all of my friends! :)

Love their selection of shows and boots! But try returning something and u get customer service with no friendly customer service people, very rude, not helpful, am a great customer and deserve some respect for my purchases, don't want to place anymore orders with these rude people!

I purchased a pair of black boots with fur and Pom Pom size 9. My order number was (*******). The process was easy and fast. I received my order in no time. I am so excited that I have a new pair of winter boots to start off this cold winter season.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and a skirt, and they arrived safely and in the correct size. I did not experience a lot of the problems mentioned on this page. However, they took an ungodly amount of time to process my order (6 days I think) and for this I will never shop there again.
