So far, my shopping experience has been very good. The delivery times are a bit long, but it's understandable since the items come from another country or continent. A very good app for buying clothes.

Vestiaire Collective is the BEST! Imagine a treasure chest full of u expected fashion surprises that you cannot source anywhere else. And their customer service is so helpful and very responsive. I had an issue with an item and the team jumped right in with a solution.

My issue was immediately resolved. I believe the seller may have been out of the country and missed the window to ship the product. I was given a full refund in 1 business day.

This was my first sale and on any new platform you always wonder what the next steps are. The instructions were very clear how to send my item to New York for authentication and then they shipped it off to the buyer. It was a seamless transaction.

Vestiaire Collectives is the best! I discovered it a month ago and am absolutely obsessed! I bought my first Manolo Blahnik's my first Christian Louboutin's! I never knew what it was to have luxury brand shoes. I thought shoes are shoes! What a rude awakening! I just never know better until now. I love that I get to buy them in great condition some new at great prices from some fabulous sellers! The process is seamless and customer service is amazing! I ordered another pair of shoes from a different seller that did not ship in the alotted timeframe. I received a refund as promised from Vestiaire.

Make sure you check the address. My items were delivered to the wrong address. I have my system for you with the same address when I purchase something they had one number wrong. I had to go up and down My street to find my purchase thank you so much. Everything was correct.

I always am able to find great deals. If someone decides to cancel on me, they hop to it and they offer me like a voucher to go with my next order so it gives me incentive to come back and not be disappointed. I found some great fines and I can't wait to actually List my own and sell my own things.

I love selling with Vestiare Collective, because not only do they have the most reasonable seller fees that I've seen, but the process of selling your items, getting it authenticated and receiving your payment is quick and easy.

Bought from the seller, had it authenticated. Got shipping notification from the seller to them and them to me. Had an approval process where I could reject the sale based on their findings and it was a great experience. When you're so concerned with being scammed this is definitely the peace of mind I needed.

I originally bought the same bag from Rebag but it was not in as good of shape as the one I ended up really wanting. When I went to Rebag to ask about a possible exchange before the bag was even shipped they told me they couldn't do that so I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund to my affirm account. I wanted the bag as soon as possible and I found it on Vestiaire Collective and was able to use Klarna instead of affirm. This helped quite a bit and the shipping only took about a week and a half. The bag was in fantastic shape when I got it and the only imperfection, which was shown in the listing, easily wiped off with my finger. So now it's perfect and I'm glad I was able to use Vestiaire Collective!

There are a lot of secondhand consignment stores online, but Vestiaire has quickly become my favorite. The site is aesthetically pleasing and very user-friendly, tons of designer items all reasonably priced, sellers are very responsive, and I love that I can make offers on the items I like. Made my first purchase last week and it went without a hitch! Will definitely be purchasing again in the very near future.

Very polite and they try to help me. I was able to figure out by myself to print thermal shipping label. I wish they advice me to adjust my shipping prining page. Overall I wish they consider my advice and sent it to site developer to improve all sellers expirence, because this will be helpfull to high volume sellers.
