Absolutely horrible company. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 5-Star if I could. I have been a successful eBay seller for over 15 years and have sold over 25,000 high-end items with 100% feedback and Top-Rated Seller status. I wanted to try Vestaire as a seller so I listed 2 items to test (2 brand new high-end jeans with tags. Regular price $200 and I listed for about $60) 2 days later my account gets suspended for "suspicious activity" After 3 weeks of emails they cannot be specific on the reason and refuse to reinstate my account. This is like throwing someone in jail and not telling them why. Something very fishy about this company.

I am the seller. Im always impress with Vestiaire process from start to finish. There are many sites out there one can use to sell. However, Vestiaire is by far the BEST in my opinion whether you're the seller or buyer!

I feel pricing to be fair. I have sold items quickly. It's a pain when someone makes offer n I accept n they ghost the sale. Should have to pay within shorter time frame. 24-48 hours too slow. I was. Tradesy girl for years. I love Vestiaire to sell n made purchases I love

I ordered another pair of shoes from a different seller that did not ship in the alotted timeframe. I received a refund as promised from Vestiaire.

I always am able to find great deals. If someone decides to cancel on me, they hop to it and they offer me like a voucher to go with my next order so it gives me incentive to come back and not be disappointed. I found some great fines and I can't wait to actually List my own and sell my own things.

I love selling with Vestiare Collective, because not only do they have the most reasonable seller fees that I've seen, but the process of selling your items, getting it authenticated and receiving your payment is quick and easy.

Bought from the seller, had it authenticated. Got shipping notification from the seller to them and them to me. Had an approval process where I could reject the sale based on their findings and it was a great experience. When you're so concerned with being scammed this is definitely the peace of mind I needed.

This is my 3rd purchase at Vestiaire. I will not shop pre owned any place else. You are guaranteed what you purchase and they delivered! If you want authentic at an affordable price you came to the right place!

My only remark is that we should give more details when describing all my Hermes for sale on your website. I also didn't understand why I received a message every time look at one of my handbags.

I purchased an Alaia belt that I already owned because I wanted a bigger size. When the belt arrived, it was clearly a fake. I reported it to them and they had me sent it back for re-authentication. Waste of time. They refused to admit it was fake even with my photos of the authentic belt and how theirs was different and cheaply made. Then they had the audacity to list it for sale by me without my consent. Now I'm selling the fake? They said they would remove it but never did and now it sold again.

While I was excited to find this site...I was some what skeptical. I made my purchase and Could Not be HAPPIER! My purse appears Brand New/Great condition...Beautiful bag and I believe that is was sent to me overnight as it arrived Super Fast! Wonderful experience all around!

There are a lot of secondhand consignment stores online, but Vestiaire has quickly become my favorite. The site is aesthetically pleasing and very user-friendly, tons of designer items all reasonably priced, sellers are very responsive, and I love that I can make offers on the items I like. Made my first purchase last week and it went without a hitch! Will definitely be purchasing again in the very near future.

Very polite and they try to help me. I was able to figure out by myself to print thermal shipping label. I wish they advice me to adjust my shipping prining page. Overall I wish they consider my advice and sent it to site developer to improve all sellers expirence, because this will be helpfull to high volume sellers.
