I'm from Argentina and was in Europe last month following ACDC on its tour. Just got the tickets for the event in Paris from Viagogo and everything was ok.
Same with Eventim.de for the show in Austria and some in Germany. IMHO pick up on event day is the safest way. Postal services, with their own shipping schedules and postmen! Sorry but some of them are really psychos.
