Hi There, I purchased tickets to the Byron Bay BluesFest through viagog.com and paid AUD$119. At the gate we (as we were 2 people) were refused entry as they were not valid tickets. There were 100's of people scammed by false ticket sales through Viagogo for this even. What can we do - how do we get the money reimbursed? Do we have a position to fight this?
