I bought tickets to a Japanese baseball game on May 1, 2017. The game is on July 2. Viagogo now says they will only deliver the tickets to a Japanese address. I gave them a Japanese address...but there are special delivery instructions. Viagogo Customer Service will not help me!!!!!! I have written to them 5 times. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you suggest resolving it? (Is there a Viagogo phone number?) Thanks.
