I bought two tickets for a concert two months ago through Viagogo (though the seller was supposedly not related to the site, it was a third party). Got to the venue, tickets scanned, told the tickets were "void" and find out this "seller" had a fraudulent account or it was cancelled or something, but the point is the tickets were no good. Now I'm dealing with Viagogo to get my money back and they're saying I have to provide "proof" from the stadium where I was supposed to see the concert that I was told the tickets were voided..... uh, HELLO, why would I call and ask about this if I didn't get in to the show? The box office wouldn't provide me the information because the ticket seller had a different name on the tickets than my own.

What should I do in this situation? Just deal with my credit card company?
